On an effective area of over 100,000 square metres, Sihlcity provides a wide range of shops, a cinema, an hotel, restaurants, a congress centre, offices and apartments. On the site of the former Sihl paper factory, the architect, Theo Hotz, has realized an entirely original idea of urbanism by combining different uses in one conveniently arranged place. The partly listed buildings, together with the new areas of glass and concrete, form an exciting combination of modern architecture and nostalgic industrial history.

Runtal supplied the appropriate radiators for the project: Several hundred black RUNTAL RX radiators, which are transparent and airy thanks to their slim flat oval tubes, have been installed in front of the glass surfaces in offices, restaurants and salesrooms, and the classic RUNTAL JET-X in the hotel rooms and corridors.
